When our professionally trained technician arrives at your home, Peach Carpet Care performs a pre-inspection and a walk-through with you to address any areas of concern that you may have. We want to identify and address any spots, stains, odors or damage to the carpet so we can do the very best cleaning job for your carpets and upholstery.

Before we start any work, we provide guaranteed on-site pricing for all of the cleaning services to be provided. There are no gimmicks or hidden charges, ever! Our pricing includes the careful moving of basic furniture. We will also identify any fragile or breakable items including pictures, lamps, and other types of ornaments and furniture which should be removed prior to us starting work to ensure that they remain safe and damage-free during the carpet cleaning process.

Steps Taken on Every Peach Carpet Care Appointment

Step 1: Upon arrival, we perform a thorough walk-through of your home with you taking note of your areas of concern. We professionally assess areas that need special attention and evaluate the best method of treatment as well as providing a no-nonsense realistic level of post cleaning expectations.

Step 2: Once we get your written approval to start, we install our seal-a-door. This device is placed in position at the entry door of your home to protect your conditioned air from escaping through an open door. We also put in place walk off mats and corner guards to protect your baseboards and walls from damage during the cleaning process.

Step 3: Pre-Spray application. We will apply a pre-spray solution to all carpeted areas that are going to be cleaned. This solution loosens the soils away from the carpet fibers, allowing them to be flushed away. This safe solution takes care of nearly all the soiling and spots in your carpet. Any remaining spots will be treated again after this step is completed.

Step 4: Neutralizing rinse and extraction. Once the pre-spray treatment is allowed proper dwell time, your carpet is thoroughly rinsed with a neutralizing rinse leaving your carpet softer than ever. This rinse is very important as the rinse agent neutralizes the pre-spray solution which prevents re-soiling. This allows your carpets to stay cleaner longer.

Step 5: Post cleaning spot treatment. Any spots that didn’t come out during our normal cleaning process will be addressed at this time. Most of these spots will be from artificial dyes such as soft drinks (Kool-Aid, Gatorade, Powerade, teas and colas). There might be a small additional charge for removing these stains. Please note that these stains are sometimes permanent.

Step 6: Grooming of the carpet fibers. Your carpeting will be groomed to remove any wand markings (if needed) and to also promote faster drying time. Carpets are usually dry in about 3 hours.

Step 7: Post Cleaning inspection. We do a thorough walk-through of your home with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work.
